Data Deletion Request

TenantChatHub is committed to protecting your privacy. You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. This page explains how to request data deletion depending on how you interacted with our service.

For Tenants (Facebook Messenger Users)

If you contacted a landlord through Facebook Messenger, you can request deletion of your data by:

  1. Remove our app from Facebook:
    • Go to Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites
    • Find "TenantChatHub" and click Remove
    • This will automatically trigger a data deletion request
  2. Or email us directly: Send a request to infowisesync@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request - Facebook"

Data deleted: Chat conversation history, contact information, pre-screening responses, and any profile data received from Facebook.

For Tenants (Web Chat Users)

If you used our web chat to apply for a rental property, you can request deletion by:

  1. Email us at infowisesync@gmail.com
  2. Include in your email:
    • Your name and email (as provided in the chat)
    • The property address you inquired about (if known)
    • Subject line: "Data Deletion Request - Web Chat"

Data deleted: Chat conversation history, contact information, pre-screening responses, and any showing appointments.

For Landlords (Account Holders)

If you have a TenantChatHub landlord account, you can delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Log in to your dashboard
  2. Go to Settings → Account
  3. Click "Delete Account" and confirm

Alternatively, email us at infowisesync@gmail.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request".

Data deleted: Your account, all properties, tenant conversations, pre-screening data, documents, FAQs, showings, and payment history.

Processing Time

We process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving your request. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

Data Retention Exceptions

We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes:

  • Transaction records for tax and accounting purposes
  • Data required to comply with legal obligations
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
  • Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce agreements
